Young Carers Outreach Worker – Conwy

HOURS: 22.5 hours per week
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Maternity cover until May 2024 (with the possibility of an extension or sessional hours ongoing)
HOME BASED with travel around the county - travel time and mileage paid
Welsh speakers highly desirable

There are a huge range of exciting small and big ways you can do your bit to support Young Carers in your community!
Examples of roles include: being a mentor or peer mentor, telephone support for Carers, helping out at groups, setting up homework clubs and much more.
