Winter Carers Chat Magazine

This Carers Chat magazine is designed as a gift. After speaking with Young and Adult Carers, we decided to focus the magazine on the theme of ‘The Gift of Being Me’. This runs throughout, with incredible Carers sharing the things that matter most to them, from artwork to recipes to raw experiences of their own diagnosis. We invite you to step into the gifts they have shared with us, knowing that everyone’s experiences are unique to themselves. The biggest similarity we all have is that we are all different.
